Robert Farrell is known as one of the best Digital Marketing Trainers and Lecturers in Ireland.

His main expertise lies in Digital Marketing Strategy, the Inbound Methodology, Content Marketing and Digital Disruption. He has delivered a range of programs from afternoon workshops to full MBA programmes in Ireland and London.

Robert has a deep connection with the marketing industry and is a member of the judging panel for the Spider Awards, Digital Media Awards and the Education awards. He was also shortlisted for the Net Visionary Awards in 2017.

He will explain how content can be a way of providing resources that will allow customers to self-serve their queries, content can also be used to train staff and build brand eminence.
