Hugh runs IBM’s largest Digital Sales Centre in the world from Dublin with 800 employees working across Western Europe. It’s a multi-billion $ business for Sales & Marketing in IBM. This Centre acts as the lead for IBM and it’s where we incubate new missions and scale them globally once we’ve proven the models. They focus on high impact transactional models for IBM’s core businesses and the development of new Cloud based business units working at the forefront of IBM’s transformation into a Cognitive Cloud business.
* 30+ years in IT Industry in Software Development and International and National Sales.
* 15 years operating at European and WW level in Inside/Digital Sales for IBM.
* Experience at building, scaling and managing pan-European Sales and Marketing missions.
* Running IBM’s largest Digital Sales Centre in the world with 800 EEs
* Advise large clients on creating similar organisations and have run one for a client for 2.5 yrs.
* Experience with digitally native workforce working together in highly collaborative work environment.
* External experience with Chamber of Commerce, Irish Sales Institute and Plato in Leadership roles
